National Band Association Programs of Excellence Blue Ribbon Award!
The Oliver Middle School Band Program was named as one of the Division Winners for the NBA Programs of Excellence Blue Ribbon Award. All Division Winners will be recognized at the NBA General membership Meeting at the Midwest Clinic in Chicago and will automatically be entered into consideration for the National Programs of Excellence Award.
